She stands and looks

First anxious, then curious

Feels the sun on her

Golden yellow coursing through her

Sits to let the light fill her

Touching her shoulders, her back, her head

Igniting the light within

She plays with the sand creatively

While waiting for the light to fill her fully

Then stands

Her golden yellow light topped up to the top of her golden yellow hair

Content, she returns to gazing around her

Curious about where she can extend her compassion

Use her light to light others way

Absorbed into her aura

Now one forever

When she came into the room she shone

Not on the outside, but on the inside

He knew it from the first time he saw her

He felt it seeping out of her every pore

Lighting his day, his life, his way

And as his darkness was lit from the outside in
